On this video John Leckrone discusses the four elements of a valid contract which are 1. full disclosure, 2. a meeting of the minds, 3. mutual consideration and 4. two wet ink autographs or signatures. John explains how the crime syndicate uses "offer and acceptance" instead to contract with people and tells you how that is both unlawful and immoral.

John also gives you some hints on things to do if you find yourself interacting with an agent of "government" (Latin origin words meaning "mind control"). John reminds you that these corporations can only make complaints while men and women with unalienable rights can make claims that are true to the best of your knowledge and belief and are filed under the pains and penalties of perjury. John also explains that contract offers do not have to be accepted but can be changed or rejected for cause.

Finally John explains the difference between being a lawyer and an attorney and why these things really matter. John also discusses your right to subrogation and tells you how it works and how to exercise it.
